If you wish to return an item we must receive it back to us within 7 working days after the date of delivery. Please contact us first for a returns number. We will offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please take care to pack the product carefully as it is your responsibility to make sure we receive the items back in perfect condition.  Enclose your invoice in the parcel. We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition.
